Use the MindfulEdge Communication Compass to:
- Watch for and record behavior on the compass (yours and others’)
- Compare your observations with others’ observations
- Review resources to learn and spark mindful discussions
- Be aware of your reactions to others in regards to your direction, feelings, and thoughts
- Analyze the stories you are telling yourself that affect your reactions, results, and values
